Myself and 2 friends booked here for our annual girlie weekend (11-14 May, 2018) and we all loved it. The house has everything you need and is home away from home. Fabulous mornings and evenings on the rear terrace overlooking the fields. Location is great! 2 pubs serving great food within walking distance! As well as a well stocked village shop! Easy drives to nearby beaches too. A great time was had by all! Can HIGHLY recommend!
Rental cottage with parking comfortably sleeps four. Good village centre location handy for 2 pubs and shop. Excellent Putsborough beach 10 minutes drive away and cottage has it's own parking permit for beach car park. Dog friendly. Helpful owners live in adjoining property.

Rather expensive 4 what it we had, ie lunch. Ordered a baguette each, which was nice, but got crisps instead of chips. Service friendly tho.
Would definatly recommend! Lovely atmosphere and great staff! Very nice and clean room with a very comfy and cosy bed, and to top it off a good breakfast in the morning. Only one slightly negative point was that the breakfast time started at 8am which I would have preferred an earlier time as I had to be up and out for work early.

On our first night in Georgeham for the family holiday we watched the quarter finals of the world cup here. The atmosphere and service were so nice we booked a table for the evening. The soup of the day was delicious and the veggie burger was so so good. The choice for the carnivores amongst us was impressive and and the portion sizes were generous. Truly a lovely start to the holiday, no doubt we'll be coming back.
The staff was helpful, quick and friendly. The menu is a bit pricey but the portions explain the reason. We've ordered two beef pies and they were cooked to perfection. We couldn't finish because it had so much meat inside. They had a fairly good selection of ciders as well. The fries looked like they have recycled them from others people's plate but I would still recommend.

Visited today after a trip to the beach. Warm welcome and great menu. Food was quick and was perfect! Puzzles for the kids keeping them happy and a great selection of beer on tap keeping the husband happy. Clean tables and toilets and altogether a great pub!
Great pub. Lovely location, loads of outside seating. Beer well kept with the Exmoor Gold on tap tasting exceptional.

Top quality service from Choice Cottages from start to finish and a stunning stay at Croyde Beach House. I will definitely book holiday cottages through Choice again.

Loved our stay here. Just perfect for kids as there's a small swimming pool and adventure playpark on site as well as a room full of toys, films and books. Brilliant location very close to the stunning Saunton Sands beach. The cottage we stayed in was well equipped and clean.
Stephen and Ella invented hospitality that is why we keep coming back. Ella always leaves a nice welcoming touch when we arrive at the cottage. They are very involved in running the place - always there for a chat to see how you are and what you need. Saunton Sands Farm Holiday Cottages are situated in a nature reserve surrounded by beautiful views that makes it the ideal place to relax after a busy day out enjoying all the activities like surfing. The cottages are quiet, comfortable and so well equipt with everything you need for the holiday. They are also very good value for money. After trying various holiday accommodation in the area Saunton Sands Farm Holiday Cottages is still our favourite place to enjoy our holidays any time throughout the year.

Wonderful stay with wonderful people. Hope to be back in September for more 😀
We have stayed at the Bakers Thatch on a few occasions now and are always more than happy with every aspect. The owners are welcoming and helpful but never intrusive. There knowledge of the local area is second to none. I am looking forward to our next stay down in beautiful North Devon P.s. Lovely poached eggs mmmmmm!

Gorgeous rooms, lovely owners and in a beautifully quiet location, love it!

Had a wonderful warm & friendly welcome. Felt at home from start to finish, highly recommend to anyone. Such a friendly family and the breakfast is a must.
If you would like something truly different you might like to have a look at Airbnb. These are mostly B and Bs provided by people on a very informal basis. The may have a spare room, a yurt, a cottage or a barge with space they can receive guests for a night or a month! The website is highly professional. You can really see what you are going to get. Very well worth a look. Airbnb also show 'conventional' B&Bs as well. Enjoy!

Well run family friendly campsite. Exceptional food served by Andy at the on site Hideaway Cafe makes this campsite special - the Yakisoba Noodles were fantastic. Lovely beaches with great surf. Minor downside is that it is not possible to walk to the beach (busy narrow road no footpath) but that is nitpicking. Well worth a visit.
Beautiful views and a great location, quiet site and the staff are so helpful. Everything is spotlessly clean and well maintained. Within walking distance of Braunton and a short drive to Saunton and Croyde. We have stayed here a few times and would highly recommend it.

Look it's really, really pure, in that conditions are very basic (and fairly cheap). Shower cubicle is okay but the lights will go off and plunge you into darkness, another small hut has a microwave and some utensils. We shivered in the largest caravan and several light switches didn't work (all the caravans were probably new when Churchill was in power), a thunderstorm battered us but we stayed dry(ish). Good nearby surfing locations and walks, friendly owner, recommended for hardy couples or the very adventurous, 3 nights max.
Basic, but beautiful. Toilets and hot showers. Quiet field to camp in with woods to explore and a little stream. Very helpful owner.
Moor Lane Nursery, Saunton Rd, Braunton EX33 1HG, UK – 07818 423498
The shower block is basic but clean. You can get a bacon buttie and tea in the morning and the camping area is small and quiet. There are no pubs or shops nearby so you need to be self-contained. The people are very pleasant and they will charge your phone if you ask nicely.
Very friendly and helpful staff, cute kittens and dogs, short walk from the shops and a nice (longer) walk to the beach. Alternatively, the bus can drop you right off at the sand!
